Sure thing! If you have an idea for a fun scent, or you want to personalize a candle for a loved one (or yourself), just reach out and let us know! We’re happy to whip up a custom listing for you. There will be an additional $1.50 charge for custom creations.

Can I order in bulk?

You bet! We’re happy to fill large orders for you, whether it’s for party favors, gifts, or you just really, really like a particular scent. Discounted pricing starts at 12 units of the same size and scent. Reach out to learn more.

What’s the turnaround time for orders?

We do our best to get your order to you quickly. We strive for a 2-business-day turnaround, given order volume. During the holiday season (November 1-January 1) we average a 3-4 day turnaround.

what’s your return policy?

We strive to deliver a product that you’ll love, but we realize that sometimes, accidents happen. In the event of product damage upon delivery, we are happy to replace your order. If the issue is with something else (don’t like the scent, received the wrong order, etc.) we are happy to exchange or refund your order. All we ask is that you send us back the original, and we’re happy to make it right.
